We act as an independent technology facilitator and service provider connecting applicants with visa processing channels. GoVisaX is a private service and is not an embassy, consulate or government authority.

3. User Responsibilities

When applying through GoVisaX, you represent and warrant that:

• All information, passport details, and documents provided are accurate, genuine, and up to date.
• You hold a valid passport that meets the validity requirement of the destination country for your visa type.
• You will comply with all immigration, customs, and entry requirements of the destination country.

4. Visa Approval Disclaimer

The grant or rejection of any visa, the duration of validity, and the processing turnaround time remain at the sole discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or government authority. GoVisaX does not guarantee visa approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

GoVisaX shall not be liable for any travel delays, missed flights, hotel cancellations, or financial losses resulting from embassy processing delays, visa rejections, or changes in government immigration policies.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
